Shipping

We ship most of our handcrafted items across Canada. Each piece is carefully packaged to arrive safely and ready to enjoy. Shipping rates are currently under construction on this site, please email (durdinh@gmail.com) us to obtain a rate.

Some larger wooden pieces may require special handling or may not be eligible for standard shipping. When that’s the case, we’ll note it clearly on the product page.

Local Pickup (Port Sydney Home Shop)

If you’re nearby or passing through Muskoka, you’re welcome to pick up your order directly from our home shop in Port Sydney. Choose Local Pickup at checkout or send us a message to arrange a convenient time.

We’ll have your order packaged and ready when you arrive.

Event Pickup

Visiting us at a market or show? You can:

  • Place an order ahead of time and pick it up at the event

  • Request personalization or customization (see timeline below)

  • Browse our full collection in person

If you’d like to pick up an order at a specific event, simply leave a note at checkout or contact us directly.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized and custom pieces require up to two weeks to create. If you’d like to pick up a personalized item at a show or at our home shop, please order in advance so we can have it ready for you.

Large Items (Too Big to Ship)

Some of our larger handcrafted items — such as cornhole boards and oversized wooden pieces — are too large or too heavy to ship affordably or safely.

To make things easier, we offer:

  • Pickup at our Port Sydney home shop

  • Pickup at any event or show, or

  • Meet‑ups along our travel route to help you avoid shipping fees

We regularly travel across Ontario for markets and deliveries and are happy to coordinate a convenient highway meet‑up point.
